Automatic drilling machine

Our well-known customers such as CARRYBOY AEROKLAS benefit directly as the drilling accuracy of each hole is only 0.3 mm. We can drill up to 2 holes per 15 seconds. This machine is equipped with 2 drilling heads, capable of drilling up to 2 holes at the same time.

It is combined with a PLC control system that is the main operation of the platform/drill head and can be moved automatically by the servo motor to drive it. It takes less than 2 minutes to make the 12-hole rear cover glass. In addition, the speed of mass production will be more advantageous because the set-up time of the new model can be reduced as well.
